This class is a sweet combination of a gentle flow, relaxing restorative poses with an

This class combines vinyasa flow with yin yoga. It begins by warming the body with vinyasa flow and heat building poses (asanas). It then transitions into the cooling stillness of yin poses to help achieve a balanced state. Yin yoga emphasizes long, passive holds to help target the joints and connective tissue to help increase circulation in the joints, improving flexibility. It is suitable for those looking to treat themselves to a balanced experience like no other.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses.
